First off, let's be clear. We are not a staffing company or a recruiting agency. Our team uses LOTS of overseas virtual assistants, and we're constantly attracting high-quality candidates that we simply don't have room for or can't give them a full-time workload.

Through this service, we'll connect you with high-quality VAs who we've either worked with in the past or who at least made it to the final rounds of our review process. Our priority is to match you with an entry-level, general administrative VA who you can train and develop in-house.

Within 1-2 weeks of signing up with us, we'll send you our top candidates for you to review and choose who you'd like to interview. Our goal is to send you 5 candidates to interview, but we prioritize quality over quantity so it may be a bit more or less. If you'd like we'll even assist you in conducting those interviews.

You'll get a copy of our VA agreement template for your new hire(s) to sign in case you don't already have such a contract in place. We highly recommend that you hire two VAs and put them on a 90-day onboarding/testing phase to confirm they're a good fit for you and vice versa. Any employee/contractor relationship with your new VA(s) will be 100% between you and them (AKA my team will not be involved at all in that team relationship, giving you full control).
